It was a valuable interview for me as a fresher. It helped me how to show my work formally and get to know the company and it was a valuable experience of an interview for me.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lick (London, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard for a role starting near the end of Covid times: Initial Video call with hiring manager, then set a task, followed by another video call going through the task with some of the team, followed by a final video call with my manager

Interview
Initial call with one of the founders but he kept talking over me when I was answering his questions. I felt like I wasn't able to answer the questions properly as I had to keep dipping in and out of topics as he interjected - This was a big red flag for me as I have experienced this a couple of times with male founders/bosses who seem to only want to hear their own voices. Overall a very bizarre experience.
