There was only one phone interview. There were required questions I was asked along with other questions. It was a really nice interview. It was an amazing fellowship; I learned so much.

Very straightforward. Applied on USAJobs and was called for an interview that lasted about 45 minutes. Pretty standard interview questions and no video or in-person component. The person I interviewed with was very courteous and interesting!
