Interview
This was a multi-step interview with detailed questions on interactions with student, approach to team-work. There was also a final interview portion in another language to ensure proficiency. This was a fair interview, but not easy by any stretch.

If a student calls you at 9pm the night before Thanksgiving saying they don’t have anywhere to go, what do you say?
There was initially a phone screen and the next step would've been an in person interview; the phone screen included one question in Spanish. The questions were related to any programming experience, passion for serving the community, and other relevant experience.
