I applied by calling the Liberty Flight Operations building. Ended up talking to the chief of operations on the phone to talk about possible positions. Ended up scheduling a phone Interview, then they asked me to come to liberty to do a face to face interview. After I did that they wanted to see my flying experience in an simulator ride followed by a flight in a C172. After that they made me a job offer. Whole thing took about 3 weeks.

Nothing very difficult. Just asked questions similar to one you might expect on a CFI checkride

Interview
I emailed with back and fourth with someone to schedule the interview. This person was not even in the interview. In the emails, I was told that I was going to have to teach a lesson. In the interview they asked me to teach something very specific that I had not been able to prepare for. They then questioned my abilities with how long it took me to move through the lesson when I had to make it up on the spot. Furthermore, when I got the email stating that I did not get the job, it was a generic auto-generated email from the HR department with no signature.
