Interview
phone interview then in person interview with two of the managers, It was typical interview questions but I felt like it didn't relate to the job enough, they were very general like they chose it straight offline. Not very personal, I probably would have done better if I would have gave generic answers

Interview
I was contacted to do a phone screening and then an in person interview was set up for the following week. It took one week to hear back after the in person interview. All Liberty Mutual employees encountered during this process were very friendly. During the in person interview you meet with 2 managers; one asks you questions and one transcribes your answers. After a round of behavioral questions, you sit with a case manager for about 15 minutes to get a feel for what the job is like. Then, you return to the 2 managers and they go over additional details.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Rocky Hill, CT) in Oct 2017
Interview
Within a week I received an email from the HR to schedule a phone interview. Basic overview style questions my lack of corporate experience was highlighted but explained to not be a problem. An in-person interview was scheduled for a couple days later. The in-person interview consisted of behavioral questions. My lack of corporate experience was a problem the recruiters made it blatantly obvious. An email confirmation dictates the length of the interview, 1 1/2 hrs.
