There were two rounds of interviews. The first was behavioral-based and conducted on campus with an HR representative. The second was at Liberty Mutual's headquarters in Boston and consisted of another behavioral interview as well as a case analysis. My second round interview was different than others, because the behavioral component of mine was actually conducted over the phone with someone based in Tennessee. I was incredibly disappointed with the way the interview was conducted and felt as though Liberty Mutual was being completely disrespectful of my time. To go in for a "super day" and be partitioned off into a room to do an interview via conference phone was, in my opinion, simply insulting. As an MBA student, time and resource management is key. Had I known that the interview was going to be so unprofessional, I wouldn't have devoted so much time and energy to my preparation.
