Phone screener with a recruiter, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager and two more video interviews with a team member and employees on adjacent teams. The recruiting process was extremely professional and really focused on the candidate experience. I worked with a really wonderful recruiter who was really responsive to any questions I had throughout the process. When I unfortunately didn't land the role, she still took the time to call me and answer any questions I had. While it now seems normal to be ghosted by recruiters or hiring managers, this experience really stood out as both positive and professional.
