Interview
Applied online and completed the online assessment on the same day. A few days later i received an email by a HR rep to schedule a phone interview (discussed resume, why Lb? Why property? Why do i want to leave my current company? About 3 BBI questions regarding customer service, conflict and time management) I was not selected to move forward with the in person interview.
I applied again the next posting for the same position but for another territory and was selected for an in person interview with 2 managers.
I received an offer 1 day after by phone.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter via email requesting to set up a phone interview. The phone interview lasted thirty minutes and was pretty generic. I was then asked to set up a video interview with a hiring manager. The video interview was a few days later. They use Microsoft teams for the interview process. I was contacted a week later and offered a position.

Interview
The interview process was very informative as to what job entailed and interviewing managers were excited to explain the culture of the company. The recruiting was also very fast and transparent in process.
