Interview
I was already an employee of the firm, so I was able to apply through our internal job site. Since I was already an employee, I also did not have to do a phone screen. I participated in two 1:1 interviews with the hiring manager. The questions were all behavioral and were not tough. Ultimately, I decided to stay with my team and not take the position as it was a lateral move that did not seem like a good opportunity.

Usually 3 Interviews. Direct Manager, Peer, skip level. May bring you to Boston for final interview. Could be remote. Interview process: resume, more in depth work history discussion, situational questions.
it was smooth, questions about relevant experience, salary expectations, describe yourself in five years, your career plan for the future, your biggest failure, your team work experience, how do you manage conflicts etc

They like to hire within. Getting into any job and doing well for 6 months allows for promotion opportunities. Keep resume short and to the point, one page and cover letter is not needed.
