After submitting my application online, I was contacted for an interview. I had one, in person interview with one of the senior members of the legal team.

How do you feel about working in open spaces and are you easily distracted by others talking, walking around, etc.
they asked my to explain my work experience and my legal background. they told me about their expectations which were quite clear cut. lastly, they posed me with a legal hypothetical question which was easy

Interview
Semi-formal, but friendly. I submitted a resume through glass door and subsequently received a follow up phone call, followed by scheduling and interview. I received great feedback in the interview and was offered the job same dy.

A one on one interview with the office manager and than I was offered the position through an email. I had to do a background and drug test that took four weeks to complete.
