The interview process was in multiple stages. The most difficult part of the process is the online simulation. If you pass the simulation, you go on to the next interview.
Started with phone interview which was not too bad at all. I was asked basic questions like why I wanted to work for them and about my sales experience. Then later I received an email about setting up a video interview with manager

Phone screening with HR walking through resume, then a batch day with 2 back to back interviews. 1 was behavioral with two guys second was a case study interview. And then at the end you talked to someone who had previously interned in the same program.

Roughly it’s a good processor of elimination for finding the correct person for the job. It’s not easy at all and Liberal Mutual will be fair in the process of interviewing people.
