Applied online, took several basic online tests, phone interview, and face-to-face interview. I was told that I needed to be looked at for another position because I had more experience, so I interviewed with 2 separate people. Very easy behavioral questions and a few based on experience. Heard back immediately on the job that I originally went in for and told that they were going with someone else. I expected that since we had already decided to go for the other position. I did not hear back for the field position until 2 and 1/2 weeks later, but received another form letter deciding to go with someone else.
