Phone interview - very basic questions - competentcy based. Unstructured - thought interviewer was sleeping at one point. Clearly not qualified to screen mgt potential applicants. Advised I would hear back "by the end of the week". Never heard anything even after calling and emailing for status to "outsourced" cartoon recruiter.
Contact with upper mgt forced a call - subsequent denial letter (form). 20 plus yrs multifacted experience - only applied as location was favorable and colleage that workd for Liberty said it was :ok:.
Disrepectful and non communicative with incompetent outsourced recruiters just getting thru the day. Comapny posts same jobs every other month for years - a leader in the industry? Wrong.

Pretty good interview with basic questions. About 20 minutes long on the phone. They will also go over the job description with you which will take most of the time.

I was screened by a Liberty recruiter and then had an in-person interview with two managers. One was a large man who appeared to be in a lot of pain. The other was a short bald man with a high pitched voice.

Pretty straightforward, asked questions regarding work from home experience and conflict resolution. Only one interview was required and I was contacted within a few days regarding the job offer. Be prepared to study for certification for insurance. It's a requirement after training to pass the exam in order to keep the job.
