They look for candidates internally first then referrals. I had applied to 20+ positions and gotten no where. Finally I was lucky enough to meet someone who referred me to a position which flagged my application for preference. After that, the whole thing was cake, like they already had their minds made up about me before even meeting me. There was an on line assessment. Then a 30 min phone interview. My in person interview was scheduled during the phone interview. Interview day was a "batch" day. There were about 10 candidates in a conference room. There was a brief meet and greet with several managers. Then We all sat for a presentation before we broke up into one on one interviews, star based questions, then job shadowing, another one on one interview with a different manager and that was it. I got a call with an offer later the same day!
