Met with Several members of the management team and did a walk through of the production area as well as the quality department. Spoke with the lead quality inspector and briefly discussed the job expectations and was shown some examples of good product as well as non conforming product. After seeing the process from start to finish we discussed if I felt confident in my ability to do the job and then filled out the necessary paperwork. Told me they would reach out if there were any issues with my background check and if I hadn't heard anything back to come in on Monday to start.
