The interview process consisted of an initial phone screen with HR and a 2 hour meeting with senior staff at the corporate office. I was asked on 5 separate occasions throughout the series of interviews how I deal with conflict in the workplace. There was a long series of behavioral questions from HR. Interviewers were very friendly but mentioned specific team members that they disliked by name, which I found unprofessional. Was told I would be contacted the next week then got radio silence for 3 weeks following the interview.
