Interview
3-member panel consisting of various Operations Management. Lasted over an hour. This interview session mainly focused on "Why YOU" and scenario situations. I got the feeling there was a real push to recruit a delegating type individual. Safety seemed to take a back seat while Numbers took the wheel and rode shotgun on this trip.
Another interview with the Assistant HR Manager followed. The focus in this interview consisted mainly of behavioral type questions.
