First interview was with HR over Skype and there it was a good discussion, going from overall impression on to drilling down on details about the role and also analyzing my qualities from case situation scenarios

Question 1
They asked me to adress the way I would deal with situations valid for the role and doing that from several different aspects and making me share real-life situations to validate these competences.
