LexisNexis Risk Solutions Business Analyst Internship interview questions

I got sent a phone call interview along with a pdf of how the internship responsibilites was going to be, and was interviewed by a woman with a thick accent. She was merely interested in working this one program and asked if I knew how to operate it, and when I said I didn't it was pretty much a rejection.
