LexiCode interview questions

Initial phone screen with recruiter, followed by a coding assessment. If you pass the coding assessment, there is a Skype interview with the VP of Coding. Job offer was given after Skype interview.

The interview and hiring process went smoothly. Had to take and pass a coding test before being interviewed. The process from initially applying and being hired was not a long process. Everyone was friendly and seemed excited about hiring new coders.
