I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LexPro Research
Interview
There was an initial call, an assessment, and three subsequent interviews with various team members. All interviews were informative and each supervisor expressed their expectations with clarity. Even though the interview process is a rigorous one, it’s worth it because the company knows what works and what doesn’t and they are very focused on hiring people who are the right fit for the job.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at LexPro Research in Feb 2025
Interview
Long, 45min long phone call that went longer than it needed to, and mostly consisted of going over both my work history and the requirements of the job. Recruiter and I agreed I was a good match, discussed that normally they contract but they might bring me straight on because of how qualified I am in the area. Said oh, take this assessment so we can make our offer and we’ll contact you after.
Wasted another of my lunches to take this 2hr exam, long, tedious, but at least related to research. Got confirmation of receipt and…..nothing.
Ghosted.
Emailed them after two weeks asking if they were still deciding or if the job had closed, trying to prompt a response.
Still nothing.
Wasted a lot of time on nothing.
