Lewis & Clark College interview questions

First there was a one on one interview. This was followed by panel interview that was conducted with immediate supervisor, coworkers, Human Resources and administrators from other departments. All panel attendees had questions and expected the interviewee to have questions as well.

Very communicative and highly professional. Kept you in the loop about where you were in the interview process. Asked questions that were directly related to the position and were very honest about job responsibilities to make sure the candidate would be the right fit.
