I actually went to a job fair and was interviewed on the spot by two managers. I walked into the lobby of the FedEx Forum and walked up to a table they had set up to hand out applications and take sign-ins. After I sat down and filled out the application, I was eventually called to a different table that was set up for the purpose of the interview. They interviewed me and called maybe a week later with a job offer.

Super casual, was barely an interview, just walked me through what the job would look like, gave me a tour and asked if I could handle it. Sat down for like 5 minutes in the beginning and went through resume with me and asked me about availability.
