I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Levi Strauss (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Applied online and received an email about a month later asking for a phone interview. Scheduled for a week later where I was asked some basic questions then got asked to do a 1 on 1 interview 3 days later. Interview took about 25 minutes it was very relaxed and casual. After the interview I was asked to fill out an availability form and was told I would hear back in a week.
Gave a scenario of someone who needs a whole outfit what id sell them based on what their looking for and their typical clothes and how id handle a fitting room scenario when the jeans don't fit.
A call asking when about my availability and when I can do an interview. The interview was in the store and I got asked to talk about my CV and myself.

If I know any history?
What are the different consumers ?
Talk about myself
The interview was super last minute and had 3 stages, personal introduction, group interview with team building pegs and pair introduction where you have to convince the other person on why they should get hired
Very quick. Just a 10-15 minute talk and around an hour of onboarding training. And thats it, nice and easy. No knowlege needed, no pressure if you answered the question incorrectly.
