Applied online at about 10pm and was called at 9:30am the next day to be invited to an interview in store. Lasted about 35 mins - had to complete some tasks and go through questions (all bellow). Was told 10 people were being interviewed for 2 positions and I would be contacted when everyone had been interviewed. One week later I was invited to a trial shift.

The interview was super last minute and had 3 stages, personal introduction, group interview with team building pegs and pair introduction where you have to convince the other person on why they should get hired
Very quick. Just a 10-15 minute talk and around an hour of onboarding training. And thats it, nice and easy. No knowlege needed, no pressure if you answered the question incorrectly.
