Long process through 4-5 rounds depending on which role, may take 2 months. Other than long process, the experience on interviews are pretty good mainly online interviews. Offer letter can take 1 to 2 weeks after. Reference check will also take a bit of time but not long, just additional task and document works for candidate to give consent for company to do reference check.
