Level Ex had one of the longest interview processes I'd seen for a Technical Artist role. I had to complete an unpaid art test and speak to at least 6 different team members across the company which was a great opportunity to meet the team, but did end up making the process last over two months from initial application to notification that the job was no longer available due to budget. I don't believe the people involved in the hiring process had any ill intent, but it did unfortunately affect my impression of the company's structure and stability.
