The interview was brief. The interviewer was very friendly, asked about 5 or 10 questions about my resume, then we simply chatted for about 15 minutes about our respective backgrounds, L2L's culture, etc. Overall, a pleasant, low-stress interview.

There was a 1 on 1 Phone screening Interview. Followed by an appointment to tour the offices and ask additional questions, meet in person. Once hired, the onboarding process commences once a new project begins.
