Interview
Very easy. Had an initial phone interview, then I did an in-person panel interview. They were standard questions you might see in an online search. I answered honestly, asked questions when I needed clarification, thanked them for their time, and went home. I received a phone call that I’d been hired, had to do a bit of paperwork, and told to show up on X day. It was a very easy, common experience.
The interview was held via Zoom. It was a relaxed interview. There was no trap questions. Both interviewers were engaging and present. They answered questions I had during the interview.

4 rounds of interviews. Recruiter (phone screen), 2 different Hiring Managers (both zoom calls) and VP position (zoom call)
The process was great; they set all the needed expectations and communicated great through the entire process
