The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Les Lunes (Berlin)
Interview
The talk with HR was really good, They were nice and created a comfortable situation. They replied to all my questions, even to challenging ones.
The technical talk was surprisingly conducted by the direct report of the open role who only asked a couple of questions and those were very much on an operational level: the kind of questions you instead ask to a channel specialist applying for an operational role.
Initial HR checkin round - Simple and easy
Technical round with team lead - Asking tough questions, strategy etc.
Presentation with team - Meet the team + present ideas to them
Interview with CEO - Very interesting chat with the CEO and good questioning

Question 1
What challenges do I see for me and for the team I am joining with the context I had.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Les Lunes
Interview
I had 2 interviews, one on the phone with an HR and the second with the people who would have been my manager. Both went well. However, they came back to me 3 months later with an automatic email. That shows pretty well the level of respect with which they consider applicants and employees. Also, the salary they offered was very low. I wouldn’t recommend except if you are ready to invest time with the risk of not even getting a proper answer.
