The interview process was pretty quick. They called within a day or two of submitting my resume. After chatting for about 15 minutes they asked me to set in person interview. The in person was super casual it was almost a joke. They didn’t want to ask “boring” questions they wanted to have fun. After the interview I heard back within the next couple of days.

It was a two round interview. The first initial screening from HR and then with the hiring manager. They'll ask questions about your experience and why you want to work at a law firm. They'll also throw in a couple of questions to get to know you as a person as well. (Hobbies, likes, etc.)
