Initial phone screening, very pleasant. If invited to an in person interview- Very clean and organized facility, and you will have to electronically sign in with security and follow standard PPE (protective personal equipment) proceedures- spraying of shoes followed by rubber booties and sticky mats. You will have friendly interviewers with sound, reasonable interview questions.

4-hour in-person interview and 2-hour intelligence test, which I am sure I did well on because I am a great test tacker. This was after a screening with HR and a half hour Teams call with the hiring manager. Big waste of time for me. I wish companies would not waste so much time or at least give feedback when they go with another candidate.

Interview
The interview for the admin assist was much more informal than typical interviews at Leprino. The interview was just questions about the resume and some other typical questions. Typically the interview process for anyone wanting a job in the plant is to meet with HR, Foreman in the dept you are applying for and the plant manager or assistant plant manager. Then you are given a tour of the plant and asked more questions.
