My university professor collected resumes from candidates that were interested and sent them to HR. After a week or so, HR requested to have an interview in person. After my first interview, they asked me to come in for a second interview. After the second interview, I got my offer.

The interview process starts with a phone screening of about 45 minutes with an HR employee. After this you will be informed about in person interviews within a week. There was a 2nd in person interview with the project leaders.
