Slow to organise. Interview went well. Ages to get an answer and zero feedback despite offering it. I chased for feedback again and in the end gave up. Not the way to treat a potentially good candidate.

Was given unlimited tries to answer thevideo questions online. There were six questions and 2 'games' that tested maths ability. Lots of competency questions asked so be sure to use STAR structure for answers.

Interview
During the interview with the HR director, she maintained a poker face and asked some tough questions. Despite the seriousness of the interview, I was offered the position and thoroughly enjoyed working with the team not the Director at the time.
