Interview
The initial screen was by telephone. Subsequent to that there was on on-site interview with the hiring manager and members of the Software Staff. A third interview was with the VP of Engineering over lunch

As a returning employee, the primary concern was with my level of interest in staying with the company.
Was quick and a 2 step process. They do a quick 15 min phone screen and once that works, then they bring you onsite for an interview. The interview usually lasts few hours and then send you on your way home.
