Applied online, phone screen 2 weeks later with Sr. Scientist, 3-1 interview and lunch 2 weeks after that, major presentation to entire Uncooled IR team and HR plus lunch then 1-1 and 2-1 panels thereafter another 2 weeks later, and finally another 2 weeks later I received an offer.
