I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at LeoVegas Group (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Apr 2026
Interview
I went through an extensive multi-stage interview process across two separate role openings over several weeks. The technical assessment required significant time investment, a full data analysis case study and a separate SQL/Python test. While the HR was polite, candidates should be aware of the following:
Lack of transparency on the process stage on the first role, I was actively interviewing at round 2 while another candidate was already at the offer stage. The rejection came as 'candidate accepted the offer' meaning my time was spent on a process that was effectively already decided. This happened across two separate openings.
Communication gaps were significant after submitting the case study for the second role. There was a 10-day wait with no update beyond acknowledgement of receipt. For candidates investing this level of effort, timely feedback is a basic professional courtesy.
Domain experience appears to be a hard requirement that was not clearly communicated upfront. Candidates without direct iGaming background should clarify this before investing time in a lengthy technical assessment.
The technical bar is high and the process is thorough. If you have the right background it may be worth pursuing. But be prepared for slow communication, limited transparency on where you stand in the process, and the possibility that decisions are already made while you are still actively interviewing.
In a very simple way they asked about self introduction and other related job and job experience and some questions related to the study? nothing else all are based on resume
