Interview
Two members of the Lenz family interview you for about 45 minutes to an hour. They will ask a large range of questions ranging from the practical such as your knowledge of art materials to the personal such as your favorite classical artist. Then you fill out a 3 page math test.

Question 1
They will ask you a number of formal questions regarding art materials and informal questions testing your character. The math test will challenge your ability to handle fractions.

Interview
After filling out the 2-page application, every applicant gets an informal application review with the store manager—there is no impersonal online application. If you make the cut, you get called in for a formal sit-down interview with the owner and his son (the manager) that starts before store hours. Expect an interview that lasts over an hour, but not too long.
