I was a referral by another employee so I imagine my interview experience was much different than the typical. I filled out an application, was called for an interview, and interviewed with both the managing doctor and sales manager at the same time. After the interview, I was called with an offer within 5 days.

Describe a situation where a customer wasn't happy and what you did to correct the problem.
Very friendly and informative. The interviewer gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions as well as answer theirs. I learned more about what the job entails and could see a lot of positive aspects .
