I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LensCrafters in Apr 2018
Interview
The interview process was multipart, and when I did it I ended up meeting with the regional manager. It was very informative and they really focused on making sure that I was the right fit for the job. Overall, I would say it was a standard interview, but do your research beforehand.

If a customer is angry, how would you diffuse the situation?
Great non formal interview process. Competitive pay. Friendly regional manager. Open to any questions or concerns I had, seemingly forthcoming. Very interested in the idea of working there. This 30 word minimum for this review is kind of ridiculous tbh
