Interview
After I submitted my application, I recieved a phone call from the manager within a week. During the phone call we talked briefly about the position and then we scheduled a face-to-face interview. After the interview I was told immediately whether I got the job or not.

Easy. Got a phone screen lasted 5 to 10 minutes. In person interview was quick. Very short conversation about my previous experience, along with typical interview questions. Could tell after a few answers they were interested in hiring me. Some topical conversation about current events and things happening locally.
