I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LensCrafters (Irvine, CA) in Feb 2013
Interview
First you start on a 1:1 interview with the manager. They ask questions mainly about your prior job (how you got along with others, sales goals, how you dealt with customers, why you chose optics, etc) then if you are lucky you get a second interview this time with the optometrist. They will ask again about yourself why you chose Lenscrafters, desired wage, availability, etc. After this a drug test must be taken. Then they will make the choice or not if they will hire you or not. Still waiting on an answer from them.
