7 Interviews insgesamt, welche alle sehr kurzfristig aufgesetzt worden sind haben bei mir einen schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Vorbereitung fuer die finallen Runden waren sehr aufwendig. Ich versteh, dass Kandidaten in Schluesselpositionen stark geprueft werden, aber nach 7 Runden bis zu 1.5h lange Interviews sollte irgendwann auch mal entschieden werden und die Zeit des Kandidaten in Betracht gezogen werden.

Was simple and over zoom i had to send a recording of myself saying a specific phrase after the meeting to make sure i was enthusiastic when speaking with customers
