Interview
I had a video interview and then a phone interview. Found the questions to be very applicable to sales and very friendly interviewer. Video interview was more about sales and phone interview was behavioral and more about my experiences and qualifications.
I went through two interview rounds, one virtual interview and one final interview with the Managing Director. After completing both, my HR portal was updated to show that I was being moved forward to the “send offer” stage. However, I never actually received an offer letter or any further communication after that update.

Interview
First interview was a video interview where you record yourself answering questions. You are not given the questions prior to starting, so you have to think fast! If you move on past this part, about a week or two later, you're invited to HQ for an in person interview and meet and greet. Definitely go to the meet and greet so the recruiters know your face and you get a lot of great information about the program. Then the actual interview included a group activity, presentation, and 2:1 interview.
