I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lenovo
Interview
Hired from my college campus after 2 round of interviews
Interviews were pretty chill, mostly personals and a few cases on Business ethics
Questions like Why do you want to get into sales
Business ethics cases for ex. how do you control a distributor who is poaching other distributor's territory
easy The interview process was fairly straightforward and relaxed. It started with an online application, followed by a phone screening. After that, I was called for an in-person interview where the manager asked some basic questions about customer service and availability. Overall, the process was quick and friendly, lasting about a week in total.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I explained that I would remain calm and listen actively to understand the customer’s concerns. I would then try to offer a solution or escalate the issue to a supervisor if necessary to ensure the customer leaves satisfied.
It was pretty normal, the questions asked were all relevant to the position. It did went into techincal aspects of Laptop, that were not mentioned in Job Description, which went a little hard
I applied online. I interviewed at Lenovo in Jan 2021
Interview
they didnt even open camera in the interview. Typical their company culture and first impression with company was terrible with strange attitudes. No relationship building. only question was "volume volume what is your volume in sales?"
