I was asked a series of questions by the Branch Manager and the Team Lead. The process took about 15 minutes. It was a very stress-free environment, no pressure to perform a certain way. All they were looking for was honesty and to gauge my work ethic. Turned out I passed with flying colors.

The interview was at their office and with 1 team manager online. I was asked to describe various procedures within the job description. I was also tested on my knowledge of another language.
