Tough, two interviews and they're quite full on and serious. Long as you're confident in your skills, you should be able to get through them. They are focused heavily on governance and procedures and want someone who will play by the rulebook.
I was invited for a video interview. The prosses was very easy and straight forward. Nothing out of normal or very hard to be answered. There were thee questions to be answered.
3 stage, phone interview, 2:1, another 2:1. The interviews were all virtual and the resourcing team prepare you well for them. There is a clear attempt to match the role requirements to the person and everyone was professional and friendly, dedicating the time to the interview. Feedback was provided in a timely fashion with some follow up within 24hrs.
