Lender Toolkit interview questions

My experience with Lender Toolkit’s interview process was underwhelming and unprofessional. The initial conversation with their HR recruiter seemed promising, as they emphasized company culture, collaboration, and innovation. However, the follow-through was completely absent. One of the key things they asked was about cultural fit and alignment with their "employee-first" philosophy. Ironically, their hiring process did not reflect that same value. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no response—no feedback, no update, not even a courtesy email to close the loop. It’s understandable that companies may take time in making hiring decisions, but ghosting candidates—especially at the executive level—shows a lack of professionalism and respect for people’s time. If this is indicative of how they treat prospective employees, it raises concerns about how they operate internally. If you’re considering an opportunity with Lender Toolkit, be prepared for a lack of communication and a drawn-out, one-sided process. Professionalism should be a two-way street, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.
