HR call -> Director Phone Interview -> Technical interview. the HR side at the beginning was great, first Phone interview didn't seem super professional, running from questions. technical interview was OK, some background questions and Leetcode. Architecture guy seemed serious. They did not reply what was the reason for not moving forward although I did ask which seems not professional - especially for such roles. The 'experience' questioning seems not super professional as well, going over multiple subjects and not focusing on one-two subjects or letting me complete my thoughts.
In overall the process could be more professional for a company in such size.
