It really short process. I met my Team Lead and my manager. They we’re really friendly and welcoming. They gave me an assignment as well. I met my futur colleague too, they we’re also really nice and finally I got the job!
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lemonade Insurance (Amsterdam) in Nov 2023
Interview
3 interviews. First with a team manager, second interview with two people - team manager/coach, and the third interview was with 2 team members. It was a really pleasant process! The interviews and offer all happened within a week.

What is feedback you received in the past? Was the feedback something you could recognise in yourself?
The interview process was easy and quick. I interviewed during the height of the pandemic, so the interview process was conducted via Zoom and it was a two-part interview process
